
The greatest teams in European football are set to contest the first legs of their Champions League Round of 16 ties over the course of the next two weeks.
The English quartet of Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City will all be eager to come away from the first legs with an advantage heading into the second legs.
But when exactly are the second legs of the Champions League Round of 16 ties?
Here are the all-important dates and kick-off times.
When are the Champions League second legs?
The second legs for this week’s Round of 16 ties will take place on Tuesday, March 7 and Wednesday, March 8.

Tottenham’s return fixture against AC Milan is scheduled for March 8, whilst Chelsea’s home leg against Borussia Dortmund will be held on March 7.
Manchester City, who play away to RB Leipzig in the first leg next Wednesday, will then host the Bundesliga side in Manchester on Tuesday, March 14.
Liverpool will also be in first leg action next week with a clash against defending champions Real Madrid next Tuesday, before their second leg is held on Wednesday, March 15.
The quarter-final and semi-final draw will be on Friday, March 17, with the quarter-finals held the weeks commencing April 10 and April 17.
Every remaining fixture in the Champions League will kick-off at 8pm.

What happens if the scores are level on aggregate?
If the scoreline is level after the end of the second leg, the tie will then advance to extra-time.
If the two teams still cannot be separated after the additional 30 minutes, then penalties will be used to determine which side progresses to the quarter-finals.
The away goals rule is not in use in any European competition this season, having been abolished by UEFA before the 2021/22 season.
