Zlatan Ibrahimovic was involved in a heated altercation with a fan during what could be his final LA Galaxy appearance.
The veteran striker has been tipped to make a return to European football with Napoli among the leading contenders to sign the 38-year-old.
But the former Sweden international’s MLS career ended in ignominy after he was seen making an obscene gesture, grabbing his crotch, as he made his way off the pitch following his side’s 5-3 defeat at the hands of rivals Los Angeles FC.

‘They said something. [I’m] not being disrespectful, but this is like training for me,” Ibrahimovic said of the incident.
‘The stadium is too small for me. This is a walk in the park.
‘If I stay it will be good for MLS because the whole world will watch it.
‘If I don’t stay, nobody will remember what MLS is.’
